    Light Up Your Mood

This lamp mimics sunlight, helping to boost bodily energy, balance hormones, and effectively alleviate emotional issues such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and depression. It enhances personal mood and well-being.

    Eliminate Fatigue and Enhance Concentration

The cool white light mode of the lamp can help regulate endocrine functions in the body, boosting energy, dispelling fatigue, and enhancing concentration and work efficiency.

Treating Insomnia and Enhancing Sleep Quality

Unlike the cool white light, the lamp also features a warm light mode. Exposing to this warm light before bedtime or while sleeping can help the body promote the production of melatonin, thereby resolving insomnia and enhancing sleep quality.

    Customized Your Light Therapy

Equipped with three light modes, each designed to meet different scenarios: the daylight mode enhances concentration, the natural light mode helps remove fatigue, and the warm light mode promotes sleep. Each mode features five adjustable brightness levels.

    On-The-Go Use

The lamp is lightweight and easy to carry, making it convenient and practical for both work and travel.

    FAQs

How does happy light therapy work?

Sunlight is an essential ingredient for a healthy lifestyle, but many of us don't get the amount of bright light we need to experience its benefits.

A light therapy lamp brings daylight indoors by emitting a bright white, full spectrum light that safely mimics sunlight. As a result, it helps to enhance mood, energy, sleep and focus by regulating serotonin and melatonin.

What makes a Megelin Therapy Lamp different from an ordinary lamp?

Bright light therapy has been studied extensively since the early 1980s and has clinically-proven effects on mood, energy, focus & sleep. Though the bulb in the Megelin Therapy Lamp looks like a regular bulb, the therapy lamps are uniquely designed with a special ballast to ensure a lux measurement (or light intensity) far greater than an ordinary lamp.

Are there any negative side effects from light therapy?

For most people, light therapy has no negative side effects (see the exceptions below). But it’s always best to talk with your doctor before starting a light therapy routine. If you feel like you’ve had too much caffeine or have trouble falling asleep, then you’ll want to cut back on the amount of time you use your therapy lamp and/or increase your distance from the light.

What color does Megelin Therapy Lamp emit? Does it have blue light?

Megelin Therapy Lamps mimic daylight and emit a white light. It contains all the colors of the full visible spectrum of light, including blue. Blue light is necessary for light therapy to work because it helps the body regulate its biological clock, alertness, metabolic processes, cognitive function and mood. However, blue light – which can also be found in other light emitting electronic devices like computers and cell phones – is minimized to ensure safety.
